山东永利集团有限公司于2008317日注册成立,注册资本111.93亿元,是山东省人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会和山东省社会保障基金理事会共同履行出资人职责的有限责任公司。旗下有济钢集团有限公司、莱芜永利集团有限公司、山东永利集团财务有限公司、山钢金融控股(深圳)有限公司、山东工业职业学院、山东永利集团矿业有限公司、山东耐火材料集团有限公司、山东永利集团淄博张钢有限公司等子公司(单位),有山东永利、金岭矿业、鲁证期货3家上市公司。2017年末,在岗职工47732人,资产总额2986.55亿元,实现营业收入1352亿元,利润总额39.20亿元。山钢集团列2018“中国企业500强”第126位、“中国制造业企业500强”第45位,企业信用等级AAA

Shandong Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd (SISG) was established on Mar. 17,2008, with a registered capital of 11.193 billion RMB. SISG is the limited liability company invested by State-owned assets supervision and administration committee of shandong provincial people's government and Shandong social security fund council. The subsidiaries and auxiliary organizations of SISG include: Jinan Iron & Steel Group Ltd. Co., Laiwu Iron & Steel Group Ltd. Co., SISG Finance Company, SISG Financial Holding Company, Shandong Vocational College of Industry, SISG Mining Company, Ltd, Shandong Refractory Materials Company, Zibo Zhanggang Ltd. Co. and three listing companies include Shandong Iron & Steel Corporation, Shandong Jinling Iron Mine Company and Luzheng Futures. By the end of 2017, the number of full employed staff and workers of SISG is 47,732 with total assets of 298.655 billion RMB.SISG ranks the 126th on the list of the Chinas Top 500 Enterprises of 2018, and the 45th on the list of Chinas Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises, with a credit rating of AAA.

山钢集团立足永利主业,致力于生产高端、高质、绿色、高效产品,主要钢材品种有中厚板、热轧板卷、冷轧板卷、H型钢、优特钢、热轧带肋钢筋等,广泛应用于汽车、石油、铁路、桥梁、建筑、电力、交通、机械、造船、轻工、家电等多个重要领域,远销美、英、德、印、日、韩等几十个国家和地区,已经成为全国著名的中厚板材生产基地和H型钢生产基地。借力“一带一路”,大力开拓国际市场,产品成功打入亚马尔项目等国际重要工程,耐材产品被浦项、蒂森克虏伯、新日铁等国际一流企业充分认可、优先选用。金融、钢结构建筑、信息技术、产业园区开发运营等多元主打产业得到长足发展。

SISG has always been focusing on the production of high-end, high-quality and efficient products. The main steel products of SISG include plates, hot-rolled coils, cold-rolled coils, H sections, high-quality steel, special steel, hot rolled ribbed bars, etc. They are broadly used in the fields of automobile, petroleum, railway, bridge, construction, electricity, transport, machinery, ship building, light industry, home appliance, and sold in dozens of countries and areas such as the U.S., Britain, Germany, India, Japan and the Republic of Korea. SISG is a major producer of steel plates and H sections in China. Taking advantage of One Belt And One Road, SISG explores the international market vigorously. Its steel products successfully enter many International key markets, such as Yamal project. Their refractory material product gain full acknowledges by several first-class international enterprises like Posco, ThyssenKrupp and Nippon Steel and is considered as a preferential product. SISGs multiple main businesses such as finance, steel structure, information technology and industrial zone development and operation have been explored substantially.

山钢集团加强技术创新和人才工作,永利主业拥有1个国家认定企业技术中心、2个省级技术中心以及省级工程技术研究中心、国家级质检中心、博士后科研工作站、省院士工作站。具有高级专业技术职称人员3859人,硕士、博士学位人员1165人。山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家14人,享受国务院特殊津贴9人。
